When you click or tap the Stop Recording button, your video will automatically start uploading to the customer's dashboard. Unfortunately, once this process has started, it isn't possible to stop the upload or delete the recording.
Keep in mind that if the customer gives you a 1- or 2- star rating because your test was incomplete, the Quality Team will review the rating to make sure it's fair. Learn more about low ratings.
