When you finish your Live Conversation, your recording automatically begins uploading to Zoom. The recording will start transferring to the UserTesting platform only when this initial upload is complete. This means there will be a longer than normal delay between when you end the Live Conversation and when it appears in your Test History. Learn more about tracking your test history.
You may notice that your Live Conversation isn't yet listed in your Test History or that the status of your test is, "Processing."
NOTE: If your Live Conversation isn't in your Test History after 24 hours have passed, please contact Support for help.
