Customers can cancel tests without providing a reason or leaving a rating. When this happens, you may notice that your Test status is Canceled.
NOTE: If your canceled test was a Live Conversation, you’ll receive a partial payment if the customer canceled the session less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Learn more about canceled Live Conversations.
Will this impact my payment and/or overall rating?
Unless the customer leaves a rating on your test or contacts us because of an issue with your session, the cancellation won’t affect your overall rating or payment. Learn more about how to test ratings work.
