How do I connect my PayPal account?

To make sure you receive your payments on time, we recommend that you connect your PayPal and UserTesting accounts. Learn more about connecting your PayPal account. 

You can easily connect to your PayPal account from your dashboard.

Connect your PayPal email address from a computer

1. Open your dashboard menu, and click Settings.
   
   
   
   
2. Once you're on the Settings page, scroll to the Edit PayPal email section.
   
   
   
   
3. Click Connect PayPal account.
   
   
4. To keep your information safe, you’ll receive an email with a one-time code. Look for an email from us titled, “Your UserTesting verification code.” Copy the verification code from the email and paste it into the Enter verification code field. You’ll also need to enter your current account password.
   
   
   
   We'll never ask you to enter your verification code anywhere other than your dashboard. Please don't share this code outside of our platform.
   
   
5. Click the Connect PayPal account button.
   
   
6. You should be redirected to the PayPal website. Follow the onscreen instructions to log into your PayPal account. Following these steps will automatically connect your PayPal and UserTesting accounts.
   NOTE: Your banking details stay private and are not shared with UserTesting.
   
   
7. Once you’ve linked your PayPal account, your PayPal email address will automatically update. When you return to the Settings page, a badge will appear to show that your account is now Connected.
   
   
   
   

Connect your PayPal account from the UserTesting mobile app

1. Open the UserTesting app. Tap the More tab to view the menu options, and then tap on PayPal Email.
   
   
   
   
2. Tap the Connect PayPal account button.
