If the customer cancels the session less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time:
We know you've set aside time to join your Live Conversation. We'll send you a partial payment to compensate you for your time and the inconvenience. You can expect your payment seven days after the day you scheduled the Live Conversation.
If the customer cancels the session at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time:
Our policy allows customers to cancel tests if they give 24 hours' notice. For this reason, you won't receive a partial payment in this case.
