If the customer cancels the session less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time:
We know you've set aside time to join your Live Conversation. To compensate you for your time and the inconvenience, we'll send you a partial payment. You can expect your payment 7 days after the day you scheduled the Live Conversation.
NOTE: You don't need to take any extra steps to receive your payment. If you qualify, our system will automatically create a payment for you. Please don't contact the Support Team to ask for an update or other details about your payment.
If the customer cancels the session at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time:
Our policy allows customers to cancel tests if they give 24 hours' notice. For this reason, you won't receive a partial payment in this case.
