What are UserZoom recorded tests?
UserZoom recorded tests are similar to the standard UserTesting tests you complete today. You’ll record your screen and voice while thinking out loud and sharing your feedback with customers.
- Speak loudly and clearly.
- Share your honest thoughts and opinions.
- Take your time as you follow the customer’s instructions.
How will I know if a test is a UserZoom test?
You’ll find invites for UserZoom tests in two places:
Finding UserZoom test invites on your test feed
UserZoom tests will appear on the Surveys and more test feed and include the Task based test type badge.
Look for the Task based badge to quickly identify these tests.
You’ll also find a Voice | Screen badge on these tests to let you know you must record your voice and screen to participate.
Finding UserZoom test invites in your email inbox
Please make sure you have your email notifications toggled on in your account settings. If you’ve turned off the option to receive test notifications by email, you won’t receive invites for UserZoom tests. Learn how to change your test notification settings.
In addition to finding test invites on the Surveys and more test feed, you’ll receive email invitations.
Note: These emails will come from UserZoom and include the IntelliZoom Panel branding.
If you unsubscribe from these emails, you’ll no longer receive invitations for UserZoom tests.
Do I need to install anything?
Depending on your device, you might need to install the UserZoom browser extension or UserZoom mobile app.
Learn more about:
The UserZoom browser extension
To complete a UserZoom test on a computer, you must install the UserZoom Surveys browser extension. If you haven’t installed the extension, we’ll prompt you to do so before starting the test.
Looking for the UserZoom browser extension? Visit the Google Chrome web store or use this link to download the extension for Firefox.
The UserZoom mobile app
To complete a UserZoom mobile test, you must download the UserZoom Surveys app from the App Store or Google Play.
Will UserZoom tests show up in my test history?
Yes! Your completed UserZoom tests will appear in your test history, just like other tests you've taken.
How much are the test payments?
You can always find the payment amount for each test on your test feed!
Can I report a problem with a UserZoom test?
Unfortunately, we’re unable to accept problem reports for these tests at this time. However, you’re welcome to contact our Support team. Just make sure to share your session ID!
