How do I change my account email address?
- Open your dashboard menu, and click Settings.
- Once you're on the Settings page, scroll to the Edit email section.
- Click Change.
- To keep your information safe, you’ll receive an email with a one-time code. Look for an email with the subject line, “Your UserTesting verification code.”
- Copy the verification code from the email and paste it into the Enter verification code field. You’ll also need to enter your current UserTesting password.
NOTE: We’ll never ask you to enter your verification code anywhere other than your dashboard. Please don’t share this code outside of our platform.
- Click Update, and you’re all set!
How do I change my account password?
- Open your dashboard menu, and click Settings.
- Once you're on the Settings page, scroll to the Edit password section.
- Enter your current password and your new password. You’ll need to enter your new password twice to confirm it’s correct.
- Click Update, and you should be good to go!
