Payments for tests are processed 7 days from the completion date. You should see this payment in your PayPal account with the associated test number added as a note. If you don’t see a payment appear in your PayPal account 7 days after you complete a test, please refer to this article for troubleshooting.
Some payments may appear to be stuck in the "processing" state even after they have already been sent by UserTesting. We manually fix these “processing” issues once a week.
