Payments for tests are processed 7 days from the completion date. You should see this payment in your PayPal account with the associated test number added as a note. If you don’t see a payment appear in your PayPal account 7 days after you complete a test, please refer to this article for troubleshooting.
Some payments may appear to be stuck in the "processing" state even after they have already been sent by UserTesting.
