We allow some customers to post tests that take longer than 25 minutes to complete. To reward you for your time spent taking a longer test, a customer might offer you a bonus payment.

The customer should include a screener to find out if you're comfortable taking a longer test.
So how much is the bonus payment?
The bonus amount can vary, but it should always be clearly stated before you take the test (in the screener questions, requirements, or scenario.)
What if the test took longer than 25 minutes but the customer didn't tell me I would be taking a long test?
If the test screener, test requirements, or scenario don't include information about a bonus payment, you shouldn't expect to receive one.
Okay, the customer said to expect a bonus payment, but when will I receive it?
Unfortunately, we manually process bonus payments, so you won't see them on your dashboard right away. If the customer offered you a bonus payment, please reach out to our Support Team with the test number so that our team can process it for you.
Is there a way to check the status of my bonus payment?
Example: The test details show two payment amounts: the Pending payment amount, and the amount that has already been Paid. The paid amount is the base payment for completing the test. In this example, the test payment was $10. A bonus payment of an extra $10 is shown as pending. Once the bonus is done processing, the total payment amount will update to $20.
