When you sign up for a Live Conversation, you are choosing an available time slot on a customer's calendar. This is an automated scheduling process, and at this time, we are unable to assist you with rescheduling a Live Conversation.
If the time slot you signed up for is no longer convenient for your schedule, or you won't be able to attend, please log in and Cancel the Live Conversation from your dashboard as soon as possible. This will give us more time to find another contributor to take your place.
If the customer has additional openings and availability, you may be able to test with them in the future.
Note: Failure to cancel a Live Conversation that you cannot attend will result in a 1-star rating.
