Using the UserTesting Screen Recorder:
If your browser is in full screen mode, the screen recorder will be hidden behind it while you are testing. We recommend that you don’t use full screen mode when testing so the customer can see which task you are on when they watch your video.
Using the UserTesting Browser Recorder:
If the Browser Recorder disappears during your test, please try refreshing your browser page. You can also try opening a new tab to see if the browser appears there. If you close all browser windows during a test that uses the Browser Recorder, you will quit out of the test and won’t be able to resume.
