If you notice a difference in the number of test invites on your dashboard, this could be because we don't currently have any tests that are a good fit for you or because there's an issue with your device settings.

How test availability works
On average, contributors usually complete one to two tests each week. Because the number of available tests can change depending on customer demand, you may receive test invites less often.

A big part of what makes your perspective valuable is that it's unique.
Not everyone thinks the way you do, has lived in the same places, learned the same skills, and so on. We think that’s great, and so do our customers.
Just like you, our customers have different needs and areas of interest. This means it may take some time to receive your next test invite, and that’s OK! As long as you keep your profile up-to-date, we’ll do our part to make sure you get matched with tests that are right for you.

Tips for checking your device settings
When customers are happy with the feedback they receive, they're likely to keep creating tests. To maintain this feedback quality, there are measures in place to monitor activity on the UserTesting platform. Sometimes changes to these measures can affect contributors who provide high-quality feedback.
If you believe this has happened to you, here are a few things to try:
Avoid using:
-
- Computer and browser VPNs
- Third-party network proxies
- Ad blockers
- Private or incognito browsers
- iCloud Private Relay (for both iOS/iPadOS and macOS users).
Check your anti-virus software settings.
Keep your profile up-to-date.
Make sure your profile location matches the location where you live most of the time.
Don't log in to test if you're traveling to another country.
