To ensure you receive your payments on time, you should connect your PayPal and UserTesting accounts. Learn more about this requirement.
Follow these steps to get started:
Use a computer to connect my PayPal account

Open your dashboard menu and click Settings.
If there's a message on your dashboard asking you to connect your PayPal account, please do so as soon as possible. Just click the Go to Settings button on the notification.

Once you're on the Settings page, scroll to the Payments section.

Click Connect PayPal with UserTesting.

To keep your information safe, you’ll receive an email with a one-time code. Look for an email with the subject line, “Your UserTesting verification code.”

Copy the verification code from the email and paste it into the Enter verification code field. You’ll also need to enter your current UserTesting password.
We’ll never ask you to enter your verification code anywhere other than your dashboard. Please don’t share this code outside of our platform.

Click Go to PayPal.

Follow the instructions to log in and connect your PayPal and UserTesting accounts.
Your banking details stay private and aren’t shared with UserTesting. -
Return to the Settings page to check that your account is now Connected. You’ll also receive an email confirming the changes to your payment details.
Use a mobile device to connect my PayPal account

Open the UserTesting app. Tap the More tab to view the menu options, then tap Payments.
