Get started:
Manage my PayPal account from a computer
- Open your dashboard menu and click Settings.
- Once you're on the Settings page, scroll to the Payments section.
- Click Update PayPal.
- To keep your information safe, you'll receive an email with a one-time code. Look for an email with the subject line, "Your UserTesting verification code."
- Copy the verification code from the email and paste it into the Enter verification code field. You'll also need to enter your current UserTesting password.
We'll only ask you to enter your verification code on your dashboard. Please don't share this code outside of our platform.
- Click Go to PayPal.
- Follow the instructions to log in and connect your PayPal and UserTesting accounts.
Your banking details stay private and are not shared with UserTesting.
- Return to the Settings page to check that your account is now Connected.
Manage my PayPal account from a mobile device
- Open the UserTesting app. Tap the More tab to view the menu options, then tap Payments.
- Tap Change PayPal account.
- To keep your information safe, you'll receive an email with a one-time code. Look for an email with the subject line, "Your UserTesting verification code."
- Copy the verification code from the email and paste it into the Enter verification code field. You'll also need to enter your current UserTesting password.
We'll only ask you to enter your verification code on your dashboard. Please don't share this code outside of our platform.
- Tap Verify and continue, and then follow the instructions to log in and connect your PayPal and UserTesting accounts.
