If the customer doesn't show up for your scheduled Live Conversation, you'll receive full payment for your time and any inconvenience, as long as:

You joined the meeting before the scheduled start time, AND you waited in the meeting for at least 10 minutes past the start time before leaving.
To claim your payment, please fill out the Support request form. The Live Conversation should appear as a completed test under your Test history within 24 hours of leaving the meeting.
If your Live Conversation isn't in your Test history after 24 hours, please contact Support for help.
