Provide honest answers to the screener questions
Live Conversations are exciting. You talk directly with customers and share your thoughts and experiences with them in real time. This also means that it's really important that you meet the customer's requirements for participation.
If you qualify to join a Live Conversation because you didn't answer the screener questions honestly, chances are the customer will quickly realize this and let us know.
Remember: Giving false answers to screener questions violates our Terms of Service and Code of Conduct. Learn more about our policies and expectations.
Be mindful of your schedule and the customer's time
When you select a time slot for your Live Conversation, make sure that the time is convenient for you. Choose a day when you're confident you can show up on time and share your feedback without feeling rushed.
TIP: We highly recommend adding your scheduled Live Conversation to your calendar. When you receive your confirmation email, just click or tap the Add to calendar link. Learn more about using the Add to calendar feature.
Know how to join
If you're joining a Live Conversation from your computer:
On the day of your scheduled Live Conversation, a banner with a Join Test button will appear on your dashboard 15 minutes before the Live Conversation. Use this button to join the session.
If you're joining a Live Conversation from your mobile device:
On the day of your scheduled Live Conversation, you'll receive a reminder email 4 hours before the session. Inside this email is a Join Interview button. Please tap this button to join the session. The Join Interview button is only available from this reminder email. For mobile Live Conversations, you won't be able to join from your dashboard.
If you can't make it, give us 24 hours' notice
We understand that unexpected things happen—that's okay! To make sure our customers have enough time to reschedule with another contributor, we just ask that you cancel the Live Conversation at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time.
When you don't cancel your session in time or don't show up at all, you'll receive a 1-star rating. If this happens more than once, it could lead to your removal from the Contributor Network. Learn more about our policies and expectations.
