If the customer cancels the session less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time:
We know you've set aside time to join your Live Conversation. We'll send you a partial payment to compensate you for your time and the inconvenience. You can expect your payment usually 14 days after the day you scheduled the Live Conversation.
You'll automatically receive the partial payment. You don't need to worry about contacting Support or taking extra steps to get it.
If the customer cancels the session at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time:
Our policy allows customers to cancel tests if they give 24 hours' notice. For this reason, you won't receive a partial payment in this case.
