Where can I download Zoom?
Download Zoom for your computer
To download the Zoom desktop application, visit the Zoom Download Center.
Download Zoom for your mobile device
To download the Zoom mobile app, visit the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and search for "Zoom."
How do I share my Screen?
- Share your screen on a computer
- Share your screen on an iOS device
- Share your screen on an Android device
Share your screen on a computer:
- Click the Share Screen icon in the Zoom toolbar.
- Select the screen you want to share. We recommend you share your entire desktop, in case you need to switch between different applications during your session.
- When you're done sharing your screen, click the Stop Share icon in the Zoom toolbar.
Share your screen on an iOS Device:
- Tap the Share icon in the Zoom toolbar.
- Select Screen.
- Select Zoom from the Screen Broadcast list.
- Tap Start Broadcast to start sharing your screen.
- Tap below the Screen Broadcast list to return to Zoom.
- Make sure Share Device Audio is set to On. If you accidentally turn it off, just tap the icon to switch it back on.
- To stop sharing your screen, tap the Stop Share icon from the Zoom toolbar.
If you don't have Zoom open, you can also tap the red bar on your screen and then tap Stop to confirm you want to stop screen sharing.
Share your screen on an Android Device:
- Tap the Share icon in the Zoom toolbar. Then select Screen.
- To stop sharing your screen, tap the Stop Share icon.
Which audio option do I select?
When you join a Zoom meeting, you'll select which audio option you'd like to use.
Select your Zoom audio on a computer:
Choose the Join With Computer Audio option. You might also need to allow access to your microphone or camera.
If you'd like to test your audio, just click the Test speaker and microphone option before joining.
Select your Zoom audio on a mobile device:
Choose the Call using Internet Audio option. You might also need to allow access to your microphone or camera.
How do I give or request keyboard or mouse control?
Requirements:
1. Join the meeting with a PC, Mac, or iPad device.
2. The person sharing their Screen must be on a PC or Mac.
How to request remote control from someone who is sharing their Screen:
- Once the other person has started sharing, you can find the toolbar menu drop-down at the top middle of your Zoom window. (i.e., "You are viewing Michael Mariscal's screen")
- From the View Options menu, select Request remote control. This will then send the other person sharing a notification asking whether or not they will allow you to control their Screen.
How to give remote control of your Screen while sharing:
While sharing your Screen, you can give remote control to another contributor in the meeting. Click Remote Control and select the contributor you would like to give control to.
To regain control over your mouse and keyboard, click anywhere on your screen.
My camera isn't working on Mac. What do I do?
Check that any other programs with access to your camera are closed. You may need to restart your computer to make sure another application isn't using the camera.

- Visit your camera device's Support or Downloads page and download the latest driver for your camera device.
