When you sign up for a Live Conversation, you choose an available time slot on a customer's calendar. This is an automated scheduling process, and unfortunately, we're not able to help you reschedule the session.
If the time slot you chose no longer works for you, please log in and cancel the Live Conversation from your dashboard as soon as possible and at least 24 hours before the session starts. This will give the customer more time to find another contributor to take your place.
If the customer has other sessions available, you might still have a chance to schedule another Live Conversation with them.
When you don’t provide proper notice, it can be difficult for the customer to find a replacement for you. As a result, you could receive a 1-star rating or be removed from the Contributor Network.
