Here are a few troubleshooting steps to help you log back into your UserTesting account:
- Make sure you're using the right login form.
- Reset your password, if needed.
- Clear your browser cache.
Make sure you're using the right login form.
You should sign into your account from the contributor login page.
If you accidentally land on the customer login page, just look for the message, "If you're here to take tests Log in here" and click on the link to visit the contributor login page instead.
Reset your password, if needed.
If you can't remember your password, you can reset it from either the UserTesting mobile app or from your computer.
Reset your password on the UserTesting mobile app
- Open the UserTesting mobile app, and enter your email address. Tap Next when you're ready to move on to the next step.
- Tap the Sign in button.
- Tap the Forgot your password? link.
- Enter your email address in the Email field, and then tap the Reset my password button.
- Look for a confirmation message on your screen that a recovery link is on its way to your inbox.
- Open the email address from UserTesting with the subject line, "Reset password instructions." Then tap the Change my password link in the body of the email.
- Enter your new password in the password reset form, and make sure to follow the password rules. Then tap the Change password button when you're ready to apply your changes.
- A notification should appear on your screen to let you know that "Your password has been changed successfully."
Reset your password from your computer
- Visit the contributor login page, and then click the Forgot my password link.
- Enter your email address in the Email field, and then click the Reset my password button.
- Look for a confirmation message on your screen that a recovery link is on its way to your inbox.
- Open the email address from UserTesting with the subject line, "Reset password instructions." Then click the Change my password link in the body of the email.
- Enter your new password in the password reset form, and make sure to follow the password rules. Then click the Change password button when you're ready to apply your changes.

Clear your browser cache
If there are errors with the login webpage or if the login form isn't working properly for any other reason, you may need to clear your cache.
