Make sure you've entered the right email address. Try entering it manually instead of copying and pasting.
Check your spam or junk folder
Sometimes, your email provider might mistakenly flag our emails as spam or junk. Please check these folders for the password reset email.
Add our email address to your contacts and approved sender list
To make sure our emails get to your inbox, add noreply@okta.com to your contacts or list of approved senders.
Here’s how:
- Add a new contact to your Microsoft account
- Add a new contact to your Gmail account
- Add a new contact to your Yahoo Mail account
- Add a new contact to your AOL Mail account
Then resend the password reset instructions to your email.
