What do I do if the UserTesting Android app crashes?

If the UserTesting Android app freezes or crashes, try these troubleshooting steps:

• Clear the app's data
• Uninstall and then reinstall the app

Clear the app's data

1. Open your Settings and then tap Apps & notifications.
   
   
   
   
2. Select UserTesting from the list.
   
   
   
   
3. Tap Storage.
   
   
   
   
4. Tap Clear Storage.
   
   

If you've cleared your storage but you're still experiencing the issue, try turning your phone off and then on. You can also try uninstalling and reinstalling the app.
