You should sign up with an email address you can access so you can receive communication about your tests and payments.
Follow these steps to confirm your email address:
- When you first submitted your email address on the Get Paid to Test page, you should have received an email from UserTesting with the subject line, “Confirm your email.”
This email may take a few minutes to arrive, so please be patient! Make sure you also check your spam folder. - Click or tap Confirm email. Then, return to your applicant checklist to make sure the badge for this step is marked as Done.
What if I can’t find the email?
You can always resend the email. Just return to your applicant checklist and click or tap Resend email.
