To keep your payments secure and to make sure you receive your payments on time, you’ll need to connect your PayPal and UserTesting accounts. For more information, review the article “How do I get paid?”
Follow these steps to connect your accounts:
- Click or tap Set up payments.

[OPTIONAL] You may need to verify your PayPal account first. Once your account is verified, click or tap Connect to UserTesting. To learn more, check out our PayPal Verification Guide.

Follow the onscreen instructions to link your PayPal and UserTesting accounts.
Your banking details stay private and are not shared with UserTesting. - Once you’ve linked your PayPal account, return to the checklist to make sure the badge for this task is marked as Done.
