Why was my payment canceled?
Customers may cancel payments for incomplete tests.
Common reasons for payment cancellation:
-
You didn't meet the customer’s requirements. Although we use your profile information to match you with tests, customers may include special requirements (e.g., “must be a Facebook user”) on their test invites. If you don’t satisfy those requirements but complete the test anyway, the customer can cancel your payment.
-
You didn't complete all of the tasks. A customer might require you to complete several tasks. If you skip over some of them, your test will be incomplete.
- Your video recording was short and superficial. On average, our customers expect a 15-minute recording, and we ask them to design their tests so it’s easy for you to complete them within this timeframe.
