Occasionally, a customer may offer a bonus for finishing a longer test or completing a multi-part study.
We allow some customers to post tests that are designed to take longer than 25 minutes to complete. For these tests, the customer should include a screener asking if you are comfortable taking a longer test. They may also offer a bonus payment to compensate you for the extra time spent completing the tasks. The bonus amount can vary but will always be clearly stated before you take the test, in the screener questions, requirements, or scenario.
Bonus payments are not processed automatically by our system. Since they are processed manually by our team, you won't see them reflected in your dashboard immediately. If you were offered a bonus payment for a test, please reach out to our Support Team with the test number so that our team can process it for you.
You can view your test history and any pending bonus payments from your mobile dashboard, using the UserTesting App for iOS or Android.
