If you experience prolonged technical issues with your UserTesting iOS app, you may need to reset UserTesting from scratch by deleting and reinstalling the app. Doing so should reset your settings and resolve technical errors. Deleting the app will not affect your UserTesting account.
Delete the app
1. From your home screen, tap and hold the UserTesting App icon until a menu appears. Then tap "Remove App".
2. You'll be asked to confirm your decision to delete the app twice. Confirm to delete the app from your phone or tablet.
Reinstall the app
Open the App Store and search for "UserTesting" to reinstall our app.
