Each UserTesting contributor's first test must be reviewed by our Quality Team to ensure that it meets our standards. A member of our staff manually reviews each test and provides tailored feedback and suggestions for improvement. The tests are reviewed in the order that they are submitted.
How long does it take?
We typically aim to have your first test reviewed within 7 business days after it is submitted, though it may take up to 10 days or more, depending on the volume of new contributors taking tests. During this review process, new contributors are unable to accept any additional tests. Once your first test is reviewed, you can accept new tests! Your subsequent tests will not be reviewed.
What if it's been longer than a week since I submitted my first test?
We're so sorry for the delay! At times, particularly when we have experienced a high volume of new contributors joining the UserTesting Contributor Network, it may take longer to review each test. We apologize for any inconvenience and assure you that we'll get to your test as soon as possible. You'll receive an email as soon as your test has been reviewed. Your patience is sincerely appreciated!
