When you're approved to the UserTesting Contributor Network, our Quality Team will review your first test before you're able to complete more. Once our Quality Team reviews your first test and provides you with customized coaching, you'll be able to take more tests.
Our customers create and distribute new tests throughout the day. However, since the majority of our customers are located in the United States, most tests tend to be launched during standard U.S. business hours, Monday-Friday.
Some tests can be scheduled in advance, so it's still worth logging in and checking your dashboard if you're interested in completing tests on the weekend or off-peak hours! Remember to fill out any surveys you see on your dashboard and keep your rating high to qualify for as many tests as possible.
