Tests may require additional processing on our end after you've uploaded it. During that time, you may see a “test in progress” message on your dashboard and you won't be able to take another test until the processing time completes.
If more than 30 minutes have gone by, and you still see that message, please contact us to let us know.
📌 Note: You may encounter this issue more often with moderated or Live Conversation tests. Due to the larger file sizes of these types of tests, these videos may take longer than usual to complete processing.
