If your test upload stalls or shows an error, your recording is still saved. Follow the steps for your platform below to get it uploading again.
In this article:
Fix upload issues on the mobile app
Keep the app open
Force-quitting or swiping it away stops your upload completely.
Keep your screen on
Tap the screen occasionally, or turn off any setting that dims or locks it automatically.
Switch networks
Turn off Wi-Fi to use cellular data, or connect to a different Wi-Fi network.
Reset your connection
Turn Airplane mode on, wait a few seconds, then turn it off. Your recording stays safe.
Select Try again
Check your connection first, then select Try again (iOS) or Retry (Android).
Turn off any VPN
A VPN can block your upload from going through.
Reopen the app if it closes or crashes
Select Resume test from the Home tab, if available, to pick up where you left off.
Fix upload issues on your computer
Leave the upload window open
Closing or refreshing the browser tab or the floating recorder stops your upload completely.
Let it finish processing
Your test has already uploaded once the progress bar reaches 100% and shows "Processing." Longer recordings can take up to 30 minutes.
Turn off any VPN or proxy
These can block your upload from completing.
Pause other uploads or downloads
Cloud backup tools, large downloads, or streaming video on your network can slow your upload down.
Check your test history if you're unsure
Confirm your upload finished before trying the test again.
