While we encourage our customers to rate tests as often as possible, not every test you take will be rated, as it's ultimately up to them to review and rate your tests. Although customers watch every video submission, some of them don't have the time to rate each test.
We understand the frustration of taking the time and effort to complete multiple tests without seeing any feedback about how you’re doing. We apologize for the inconvenience and are working to make it easier for customers to rate tests completed by contributors.
Unrated tests don't affect the number of test invitations you'll receive.
