The Quality Team manually reviews all 1- and 2-star rated tests to make sure customers' ratings are fair. Once the review is complete, the team will email you your final rating and any relevant coaching to help you on your next test. You can also find this information under the Test history tab on your dashboard.
Our Quality Team usually only reviews low ratings. Sometimes, they have more time to review other tests, but we can't guarantee any changes to your rating. Review our top tips for a successful test to learn how to improve your rating.
Check your rating
From a computer:
- Select the Test history tab, then click on your test to view more details.
From the UserTesting mobile app:- Tap the Test history tab. Then tap your test to view more details.
