How do I change my account email address?
- Open your dashboard menu and select Settings.
- On the Settings page, scroll to the Edit email section.

Your email address can only be changed by our Support team. Select the link below to submit a request, and we'll take care of it for you.

Select Change.

To keep your information safe, you'll receive an email with a one-time
code. Check your inbox for an email with the subject line "Your UserTesting
verification code."

Copy the verification code from the email and paste it into the Enter verification code field. You'll also need to enter your current UserTesting password.
We'll never ask you to enter your verification code anywhere other than your dashboard. Please don't share this code outside of our platform.
- Select Update, and you're all set!
How do I change my account password?
- Open your dashboard menu and select Settings.
- Scroll to the Edit password section.
- Enter your current password and your new password. You'll need to enter your new password twice to confirm it's correct.
- Select Update, and you're all set!
