What information can I change from my profile?
From your dashboard, you can update any information on your profile except for your age or country.
If you made an error when selecting your birth year, please contact Support for help.
If you’ve moved to a new country, learn how to get help changing the country on your profile.
- The country you select on your profile should be your country of residence (e.g., where you live most of the time).
- You shouldn’t test while traveling outside your country of residence.
For more information, please review the Contributor Code of Conduct and our guidance on testing while traveling.
How do I edit my profile?
Open your dashboard from a computer, then go to My Profile > Edit Profile.
Remember to make sure to click “Save Profile” when you are finished editing.
What happens if my profile information is false?
If you’re dishonest about who you are, customers will quickly realize this and report it.
Because falsifying information in your contributor profile violates the Contributor Code of Conduct and Contributor Terms of Service, we’ll deactivate your account, and you won’t be allowed to rejoin the Contributor Network.
When should I update my profile?
You're responsible for keeping your profile up-to-date. If you've started a new job, had a change in income, or experienced any other major life change recently, you should update your profile to reflect those changes.
Which children should I list on my profile?
This field is intended for parents or legal guardians of children under 18. Please don't use this field for your siblings who are under 18.
If you're uncomfortable sharing your children's ages, you can select Prefer not to provide details.
How do I fill out my employment information?
Your employment information should always reflect what you're currently doing. You may still participate in tests that require your previous work experience or tests that ask you for a specific skill set when you self-qualify for those tests through the screener process.
When customers screen for contributors from a particular industry or job role, they are typically looking for contributors who are currently employed in that field. It is your responsibility to make sure your employment information is accurate and up-to-date. If you have questions about filling out your profile, please contact our support team.
What if I have more than one job?
If you have more than one job, please select the appropriate information for the job where you spend the most time. You may still participate in tests that require your other work experience and tests that ask you for a specific skill set when you self-qualify for those tests through the screener process.
If you have questions about filling out your profile, please contact our support team.
