What are the requirements for my UserTesting password?
If you use the same password for multiple services across the Internet, this can increase the vulnerability of your accounts. Please create a strong, unique password for your UserTesting account that meets the following requirements:

Should I share my password with someone else?
We'll never ask you for your password, and we ask that you never share this information with anyone else either. Your account is yours alone, and you should never give anyone else access.
How often should I update my password?
The longer you use the same password for an account, the more vulnerable it becomes. To keep your account secure, update your password at least every three months. We also recommend you set a reminder in your calendar to do this.
How do I update my password?
To update your password:

Open your dashboard menu and click Settings.
- Scroll to the Edit Password section. Before clicking Update, you must enter your current password and then type in your new password twice.
How can I keep my PayPal account secure?
We strongly recommend that you strengthen your password and enable Two-factor authentication, if available, for the personal email and PayPal email associated with your UserTesting account.
