We'll keep your UserTesting account active as long as you keep testing with us. We don't deactivate accounts due to inactivity, so it's not necessary to let us know if you won't be able to take tests for a short period of time.
Please note that we stop sending email notifications for new test opportunities if you haven't logged in for six months. To start receiving email notifications once again, simply log into your UserTesting account.
