We hope taking tests is an easy and fun way to share your thoughts and earn some extra money. However, we understand that unexpected technical issues or other problems can sometimes happen.
Depending on the situation, you should report a problem to let us know what went wrong or quit the test to opt out of participating.
When you should report a problem
The test is too long
There are too many tasks to complete within the standard 15-20 minutes, and the customer didn't let you know that you’d be taking a longer test in the screener.
The customer requests prohibited personal information
During the test, the customer asks you to provide any prohibited personal information.
You’re experiencing technical issues
The test has a technical issue, and you can’t complete many of the tasks.
Example: A link isn’t working as expected, or the web page isn't loading.
The test instructions are confusing
The task instructions are impossible to understand.
Example: The instructions are missing or incomplete, or the instructions are too confusing to follow.
When you should quit a test
You’ve already completed the same test
Since most customers prefer "fresh eyes," you shouldn't take the same test twice. If you're already taking a test and find it very similar to one you've taken before, please quit it to avoid receiving a low rating and canceled payment.
There are too many distractions
Your environment becomes too loud or distracting.
Example: People are talking in the background, loud music is playing, or someone is trying to have a conversation with you during your test.
You're not qualified to take the test
After starting the test, you find out you’re not a good fit.
Example: You said that you have an account for a product or service, but when you try to sign in, you realize that you don’t.
You skipped tasks or didn't follow the directions
You accidentally worked ahead of the task instructions.
Example: You skipped over an important step, and now you can't go back and complete it.
You're unsure about sharing personal details
The test requests other personal information you don’t feel comfortable providing.
You're no longer interested in completing the test
You decide you don't want to complete the test, or something comes up, and you can no longer finish it.

You'll have the opportunity to include a description of the problem, so please provide as much detail as possible. Also, remember that our support team receives this information, so be mindful of what you share.
Reporting a problem will automatically notify our support team and clear the test from your dashboard. Your problem reports allow us to better support you and the customer who created the test. It prevents the customer from receiving incomplete results and helps you avoid a low rating.
