Customers can cancel tests without providing a reason or leaving a rating. When this happens, you may notice that your Test status is Canceled.
If your canceled test was a Live Conversation, you’ll receive a partial payment if the customer canceled the session less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Learn more about canceled Live Conversations.
Will this impact my payment and/or overall rating?
Sometimes, a canceled test can result in a canceled payment or affect your rating. This can happen when:
- The customer leaves a low rating on your canceled test.
- The customer canceled your session because of a quality issue with your test.
