Should I share my password with someone else?
UserTesting will never ask you for your password, and we ask that you never share this information with anyone else either. Your account is yours alone, and you should never give anyone else access to it.
How often should I update my password?
The longer you use the same password for an account, the more vulnerable that account becomes. Keep your account secure by updating your password at least every 3 months. We recommend setting a reminder in your calendar to do this.
How do I update my password?
To update your password, click the dropdown arrow in the top right of your dashboard, then click Settings.
Scroll down to the Edit Password section. You’ll need to enter your current password first and then type in your new password twice before you can click Update.
How can I keep my PayPal account secure?
We strongly recommend that you strengthen your password and enable 2 Factor Authentication, if available, for the personal email and PayPal email associated with your UserTesting account. Read this article to learn how to enable 2 Factor Authentication for your PayPal account. This can help prevent fraudulent use of your account via access through your personal email or PayPal account.
We also email you a one-time verification code when you need to change your PayPal information on the UserTesting platform. Read more about updating your PayPal information here.
How does UserTesting notify me of account changes?
UserTesting will notify you by email immediately after any changes are made to your primary email, password, or PayPal email.
