There are a few different browser extensions you might use to take tests, depending on your device. Use this article to learn how to install and uninstall the UserTesting Browser Recorder extension.

Installing the UserTesting Browser Recorder
You’ll be prompted to install the Browser Recorder when accepting a test on your dashboard. You can also use this link to install the Browser Recorder.
To install the extension from the Chrome web store:
1. Click Add to Chrome.
2. Click Add extension.
You’ll know the extension has been added once you see the blue button change to “Remove from Chrome”.
3. Return to your UserTesting dashboard once you've installed the extension.
Uninstalling the UserTesting Browser Recorder
To uninstall the UserTesting Browser Recorder, go to chrome://extensions in your Google Chrome browser. Then:
1. Click Remove on the UserTesting Browser Recorder tile.
2. Confirm by clicking Remove again.
The UserTesting Browser Recorder should now disappear from your extensions.
